Meet Gail

Gail was born and raised in western Massachusetts, about as far away as one can possibly be from Hawai’i and still be in the United States. Gail arrived on O’ahu for a one-month vacation in 1980…and stayed to make Hawai’i Nei (beloved Hawai’i) her new home state. Gail has been loving and exploring the islands, people, and culture of Hawai’i for the past 40 years. She bought her first property on O’ahu in 1983 and, during the 45-day escrow period, earned her State of Hawai’i real estate license. Just two years later, she purchased the company she’d been working for; upon selling that business in 1986, she founded and built Fidelity Properties from the ground up.
Over the past 30+ years, as owner and principal broker of Fidelity Properties, Gail has developed a market savvy which has enabled her to survive and thrive through the highs and lows of fluctuating real estate trends. She’s learned that there is opportunity in every situation, but that in order to maximize every opportunity, solid strategies must be in developed and utilized. Throughout changing and challenging real estate cycles, Gail has assisted buyers, sellers, and investors to benefit in every type of market, and she can assist you, too. Gail’s love of all peoples and cultures, the makai (ocean) and `aina (land), all over O’ahu, the neighbor islands, and even internationally (New Zealand), has been the foundation of her personal and professional relationships with locals and newcomers, neighbors and clients, and nature itself. Gail’s philosophy is to embrace everyone she meets with an open heart and warm aloha. Raised in Ka’a’awa on O’ahu’s windward side, Natalie Fonda graduated from the University of Hawai’i (class of 2010) with a Bachelor Degree in Business and an emphasis on marketing. As an active real estate broker, Natalie has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in Hawai’i since 2005. She is also passionate about contributing to the community and serves as president of the local non-profit organization ALS Ohana of Hawai’i, whose mission is to help families living in Hawai’i with Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Born and raised in Hawaii, attorney Gary Grimmer brings his knowledge of the Islands’ cultures and history to his client counseling and problem solving expertise. He started his law career in his hometown of Hilo since 1976. His practice expanded to all of the Hawaiian Island, and he has been based in downtown Honolulu since 1982. As a trusted real estate attorney he will review purchase contracts and disclosures to help clients make the most educated decisions when buying or selling Real Estate.
